Microsoft SharePoint

Smart Flows allows you to connect your Microsoft SharePoint account to your project and to use as a part of your workflow automation. The Microsoft SharePoint connector supports storing and retrieving documents (with or without metadata) in the Project Console.

The registration of a Microsoft SharePoint app for Smart Flows is for one year. Set up a reminder to reconfigure the connector before the registration expires. For more details, refer to Configuring an Existing Connector.

To create the Microsoft SharePoint connector the system user must be a Site Collection Administrator.
The permissions required to trigger the flow do not have anything to do with the permissions needed to create a Microsoft SharePoint connector.

Not all connector actions that trigger a flow need SharePoint access to store a file. If you want to open the file using the link provided in the Flow output Panel, the system must be able access Microsoft SharePoint.
